I deicded after starting to feel worse yesterday to give my body a break and not workout. Thing is though is when I'm sick I want to eat. That is when I'm at my weakest as far as controlling my food. I have to say it's probably the worst eating day I've had in a while. BUT. I'm not going to let it get me down I'm going to get back on track eating today like I know I should. I can't say I feel much better but toninght is Zumba and I loooooove Zumba. It's such a great workout :)
I'm still struggling in the ST area. I'm not sure really what to do about that. I need a simple ST workout I can do a couple days a week. I have access to a gym so machines would be OK. So if any of my spark friends have any ideas please let me know!
