Half way there!

I deicded after starting to feel worse yesterday to give my body a break and not workout. Thing is though is when I'm sick I want to eat. That is when I'm at my weakest as far as controlling my food. I have to say it's probably the worst eating day I've had in a while. BUT. I'm not going to let it get me down I'm going to get back on track eating today like I know I should. I can't say I feel much better but toninght is Zumba and I loooooove Zumba. It's such a great workout :)

I'm still struggling in the ST area. I'm not sure really what to do about that. I need a simple ST workout I can do a couple days a week. I have access to a gym so machines would be OK. So if any of my spark friends have any ideas please let me know!

    Sometimes I think your body needs more food when its sick so that it has something to use to help fight off whatever you got. The same thing tends to happen to me, too. Have you scouted around the Spark People site for some workout ideas? I usually do the 28 Day Bootcamp toning videos even when I'm not actually doing the bootcamp.
