finally going down again. whew. i don't know if I'll make my 165 goal by March 18th? I am going to type out a vigorous fitness plan this next week and see what happens? with the last few days of plateau it would be a miracle to hit 165 but we'll see... maybe it would be good for me to really kick my rear into gear for a week. I can get my mind off of other things too. the 18th is also my first day of work by myself without someone to shadow so it would sure start the day off right reaching my goal!
