Day #63 in my cardio streak!! and feeling amazing!

Today is day number 63 in my cardio streak, and I am noticing more and more phyisical and physiological changes. It has now become a habit to get on the recumbant bike each and every day for 20 minutes or more. A couple times a week I also throw in a dvd cardio workout.

Today is just one of those days where everything seems to click sp wise... and I feel like i'm on cloud nine or so. I've made a real effort this week to make sure I'm in my food ranges, and to eat balanced. I think it is having an affect, and the beautiful weather and sunshine might be part of it too.

I hope everyone else out there is having a wonderful day, and if your not, remember to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start again. One day at a time.
