Mini Goals Day 2

Yesterday's goal was to track every bite I ate and I did! ...all 2,300 calories worth....

Today's goal is to track every bite AND keep it under 1,700 calories!

Wish me luck, getting back on track is hard. Getting back on track during the holidays, maybe impossible...

    Keep on tracking. Since I've tracked faithfully I rarely go over my calorie intake for the day. It sure has helped me make better food choices.

    It's definitely not impossible, but you're right that it will probably be hard. I find that it's helpful if I track my food before I eat it... It really makes you reconsider some of your choices! Good job on tracking yesterday, by the way! :)
