Mini Goals Day 3

Yesterday's goal was to track & stay within my calorie ranges and I did it...with 7 calories to spare.
Today hasn't started off so well. I had a much needed, equally put off doctor appt. this morning and I was starving when I left so I had 2 (yes 2, why 2 I have no idea...) Arby's sausage biscuits for a whopping 872 calories and 62g of fat....exceeding my total fat intake for the day.
So the goal for the remainder of the day is to make healthy choices!
Specifically, to continue tracking, no matter the totals at the end of the day. I have a healthy lunch packed and hubby is making Chef Meg's White Chicken Chili for dinner so I might could pull of something not too shameful.
I will also get in at least 64oz of water (other non-caloric beverages do not count!) and remember to take my multivitamin and calcium supplements (my skin & nails have been really missing them these past few weeks)
