OK, so...........in thinking things through and in trying to make things more *manageable* for myself, I decided to set 2 bigger goals for myself for this year:
1. Finally get to my desired weight range of 150-155 lbs.
2. Bike 750 miles this year.
BIG goals for me........I have them broken down, on paper, into smaller, more reachable pieces. I did NOT weigh myself this morning, so I'm not sure what it will entail to hit my weight range. I'm thinking I'm back to 25 lbs that need shed, but I'll see on Wednesday. So, my first smaller goal will be to lose the first 10 lbs. by the end of this BL Challenge coming up. To start toward that bike goal, I'm determined to get at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 out of 7 days per week, and to get strength training worked in there. I've got a great book I'm going to start and earmark....... and will get that off the ground this week. I'm targeting 3 days per week with ST......but not sure just yet how long each session should be.
