No Worries

Monday, January 02, 2012

So I'm heading out tomorrow morning for the Florida Everglades. I'll be away from home for about 10 days and will be doing a lot of eating out. But, I'm not worried. I know where I'll eat and pretty much what I'll eat and I know that I'll be fine. I'm in control.

I have a couple of great exercise DVDs that I'm going to take with me. I can watch them on the laptop and do them in the hotel room. Also, I'll be up before dawn and out in the great outdoors when the sun comes up, tripod with camera and long lens over my shoulder and I'll be walking around carrying this stuff all morning long. Then after a great, healthy lunch, I'll be back out with that same tripod, camera and long lens for the rest of the afternoon. Plenty of water, of course.

I'll have a small dinner, after I do my exercise (every couple of days) and get things ready for the next day.

It's a Starbuck's fat free latte with extra, extra foam and an oatmeal with all the toppings for breakfast.

I'm all set and I am ready for success. Like I said, no worries.

Hi Again, I just came back from a trip to FLorida (so GOOD to get away from the cold) and we took a day trip to the grasslands of the Everglades. How beautiful and exotic was that? I saw your photo of those very cool birds, what are they called? Inhyngas? Something like that? We had a great time and I'm sure you did too!

Hi friend! I just realized I hadn't heard from you forever and it looks like you've been pretty quiet this year. Here's wishing you healthy and happiness - and I'd love it if you came back & blogged some more. I'm just sayin'......
