Trying new things

This week I tried two new workout classes at the gym - yoga and spinning. I figured I could handle yoga but never thought I would be able to keep up in spinning. I may not have always been the fastest at spinning but I held the course and found out I could survive it. Also I joined a group personal training session to see if I can try to push myself a little harder. I figure if I vary my exercise routines I will be able to sustain them.
