Talk about weight fluctuation. i apparently gained 4.5lbs (gulp!) in five, FIVE days... How???

Anyway, this time last week I weight 234lbs, this morning I weight 240.5, tonight I weigh 239. Go figure. The only thing I can think of is that it's mid-cycle, ovulation, water retention, etc. My exercise hasn't changed, my diet hasn't been great, but not horrible either. And my measurements haven't moved much, the odd quarter inch up or down, which I attribute mostly to the way I measure myself on a particular day...

Anyway, I know weight doesn't generally move that fast, but I guess I'm a little disappointed because I've been looking forward to leaving 220 behind for soooo long. My goal a year ago was to see the back of 200. Then in September I decided 220lb would do just fine, thank you. Haven't cracked it yet, but I'm keeping on.

Meanwhile, trying out a new DVD tomorrow. I LOVE Davinia McCall videos. She's got a fabulous figure!
