Alright, to recap the week since my last blog, I've been doing okay. Nutritionally, I've scored like this:
01/06 - 2072
01/07 - DID NOT TRACK - Started to but then Paul to me to his Grandmothers house for the day. Lots of baked goods and an awesome dinner. All enjoyed in blessed ignorance.

My fruit/veggie and water goals have been mostly met. Five out of six days for F/V and four out of six days for water. I have GOT to get better at hydrating.
On the plus side, last Thursday I went back to the gym. I went for a short walk on Friday, I took a "rest" day on Saturday because I was still VERY sore from Thursday. On Sunday, I went for a run. Monday, I did Mommy bootcamp. Tuesday and Wednesday were run days. In short, Spark's given me the warning about my calories two weeks in a row. I'm going to wait two more week's before I adjust the "calories out". That way I'll have an average that is an actual average not just wishful thinking.
I promise three things today: I *will* continue to blog at LEAST every other day. I *will* lose at least half a pound on my next weigh in. I *will* hit my goals for F/V and water every day until January 31.
