Wheee! Getting a wild ride on the weight roller coaster this week

So. 4lb gain turned to 5.5lbs gain, then back down by 4.5lbs. Bottom line, I'm 1lb higher than my last weigh-in. I've decided that unless/until I get more information, I'll record the facts, maybe my feelings about it, but not take any drastic action till the end of my current challenge (workout 5x a week for 12 weeks - I'm in week 6).

On the plus side, I'm getting really strong. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical no problems - and not some pansy-schmansy workout either, but full on speed and load throughout. I'm doing more high impact moves in aerobics, my knees are less stressed out with the squats and such. And my triceps muscles...

Thank God for good progress.
