It's Wednesday and Spark was already giving me trouble about going over my "calories burned" goal for the week so I reset that number tonight. I have burned an average of 1530 calories each week for the past two so I made it 1520 just to be sure. In turn, Sparkpeople gave me a new calorie range: 1,380 - 1,730
My chart for today looks like this:
OH! and I had a *fabulous* run tonight!!
Water, fruit, veggies - all goals met today.
Tomorrow, I'll focus on my new calorie range.
