So altogether I have lost a total of 72 pounds and that feels great, but last week my youngest daughter was really sick and I had a set back. She wanted to he held in my arms 24/7 so wasn't able to get much exercise in and eating I just grabbed what I could. This week I'm struggling to get back on track, don't seem to have the willpower to exercise and my eating has been so bad. Weighed myself today and gained 4 pounds and it just depressed me so bad because I worked hard to lose the weight and don't want to gain it all back, have come way to far. Just don't know what to do:(

Wow way to make me feel like a slacker... 72 pounds and a mom.

Drink your water and take it one step at a time.

Focus on those 72 pounds you lost and what an amazing accomplishment that is, and just keep plugging along. It takes a few days to get back in the swing of things, but you'll feel more yourself if you keep at it and those 4 pounds will be a memory again soon. emoticon

I know how you feel... My daughter has been exhausting lately. I haven't been to the gym in ages. It is so hard when you have conflicting priorities isn't it?

I hope your girl feels better soon and that you get the time to put yourself first, even for 30 mins!
