Heres whats going on...

I've lost 9 pounds in three weeks...Its actually been rather easy.

I've eaten a little better...
(ex. less butter, no mayo, no fatty food I don't really need but taste really good...like bacon. I still have bacon. Every morning? NOOO)

I've eaten a little less..
(I have 2 eggs on low calorie bread, and 2 Tbps of shredded cheese...instead of a 5 egg omelet with nearly a cup of cheese, and bacon....no good, and that no exaggeration)

I work out at the GYM...
(I've already been doing this, but WOW, its amazing how useless working out can be when your still not eating healthy. Compare it to... "Hey! I lost a pound in 2 weeks!" to... "hey! I lost 6 pounds in two week!"

I really really really really hope I can make this my lifestyle. I would love to just be a bit thinner...and keep the weight off. My goal is 155...33 pounds to go until baby!! :D emoticon
