This weekend the hubs and I got a little alone time. We had some chores to take care of Saturday morning, but spent the latter part of the day having lunch and a drive up the coast.
I was able to escape my anxiety a bit, which only proves what I stated in my previous blog - that anxiety is an amazing appetite, suppressant. Although it's not the healthiest way to lose weight it sure does help because while I got to escape my anxiety and spend the time with my guy, my appetite was ever present and I indulged a bit.
This anxiety is fascinating stuff.
A new week starts tomorrow and I already can feel the anxiety creeping back. I'm hoping I get a good night sleep. I did do quite a bit today so I might be able to sleep well. I'm hoping tomorrow runs smoothly and all goes well and wishing the same for you!
