Does eating bad (and I mean...bad) one meal one time never ever again make you gain the weight you lost for the week? Will it show up in your week's ending weigh in? Or can you eat normal (as in, healthfully) meals/days after again and workout as usual and not skip a beat?
Ahem...this is uh, hypothetical.
