Ate pretty good today, and walked briskly for 20 minutes, right at a mile during lunch. Tomorrow morning will be Yoga... Doing that every other day as I woke up sore today... Dont want to over do it, which will lead me being really sore and then stopping my work outs. SOOO slow and steady wins the race! I am going to start C25K tomorrow... will have to bring more than tennies to walk in. Will have to be a whole change of clothes if I am going to be walking and jogging SOME of the time! lol! I am excited and scared all a the same time... I really want to do this...

    Good luck to you!! Sounds great and your going for it! I just joined a gym after trying the "home" workout routine for a year (it was too up and down and I need more "routine" with my workout). Sounds like you've got the right attitude!! emoticon
