On track..... and not half-a$$3d

27 days till vacation!
This weekend was super fun (like the best weekend I've had in a while, good times with the family!) But..... I made some pretty dumb food choices and my weight ticker shows that...
So. . .
With 4 weeks till Beach time.... I'm on baby! I think even the hubster is on! Wa-stinkin-whoooo!

Here's the plan.
A. MAJOR fruit / veggie consumption
B. minimally 100 ounces of water daily for me, (150 for him - lets hope)
C. LEAN Proteins fish, chicken, lean pork. Red meat 1 time per week only (which means I will be doing something I love more often... COOKING!)
D. NO resturant dinners for any of us for minimally 2 weeks. (he is allowing himself 1 lunch out with the crew weekly, which is a huge step in the right direction for him)
E. INCREASE cardio exercise for both of us. I don't care what it is, we both need to get moving more.
F. NO EATING after 7 pm.

Good game plan! READY----- BREAK!

    I just stopped by to check out your plan. It looks pretty good. I was just wondering about the increase in cardio exercise. What is it now? And what are you increasing it to? When you log the exercise are the calories expended anywhere near what you are taking in? I know that this can be a complex issue which involves calories in/calories out. 100 ounces of water is a lot of water but I suppose if you are increasing your cardio that much you will need that much more water to stay hydrated.
