Winning in Winter Reflections

So this week's Lime team challenge is to reflect on the past 10 weeks after reading th letter to myself written at the beginning of the challenge. I honestly did not remember what I wrote and was thinking that I met none of the goals that I had set for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I did exactly as I set out. I wrote that initial letter with the holidays in mind. One of the things I had said was that I had gottent through the holidays and my family's birthday season without too much damage to my waistline and I accomplished that. My weight has definitely been up and down during the winter challenge, as it has been for 2-3 years now, but it hasn't made me beat myself up. I tried new things during the winter challenge like plenty of recipes and a boot camp class. I still have to get back to tracking my nutrition religiously and am workihng on that because I know that my bites of this and that are affecting my weight loss efforts. I did, however, get back into the gym on a much more regular basis and that feels great.
