I've lost about 5 pounds and 2" of waist since working out in January. I seem to have plateaued at this point. I'm going back to my original spark video of 20min dumbbell exercises that I found on youtube. I want to lose 1.5" in March to help me keep to my goal of 5" by May, my birthday! If anyone knows of any great workout videos that focus on the stomach, let me know! All I have are dumbbells at this point to work with.
