I'm in a "mood" today. It MUST be PMS. It HAS to be.

So even though I haven't exercised in probably over a month I am going to get on that treadmill and see if the cardio chases away the blues - the PMS blues, which totally sucks eggs!!! Rotten ones!!!

Right now I have some Van Morrison blasting from the computer and I am hoping, that and some exercise on the treadmill will do the trick. Wish me luck!

GEEEEZZ! Sometimes I feel sorry for our guys, but I would never admit to his face.

    Exercise IS a mood regulator, so yes, it can help.

    Why not try a different cardio exercise? Once you find something you love you do it more often automatically because you look forward to it. For example, if you like to dance, there are tons of workouts based on dancing (Turbo Jam, Zumba, etc.). If your TV provider has On Demand you might find something there.
