Week 1: Recap

My first week in and i stayed motivated the entire time (okay, so i had one day i wanted to break down, but the important thing is i didn't) I can safely say i am back on track. I feel confident and excited to start seeing the scale go down and see changes in my body. This week i weighed in at 168.2. A little over a week ago i was wavering between 174-177 depending on water weight. So i don't know exactly how much i lost but i LOST! It feels fantastic to be back in the 160's. I can't wait to get to 165 and then to 160! It's Saturday evening and i had a yummy dinner... it was more fattening than i would have liked (Quesadilla with cheese and lean ground beef) but i only had one and it fit into my calorie budget for the day! Woo Hoo! Tomorrow morning i am running my very first 5k!!!!! I am super nervous... i have butterflies lol. I am going to try my best. I have no expectations. I just hope to be done in under an hour! lol! Think of me tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.~
I am hoping to rock this week again and i hope to lose 1.2 lbs this week! Anything more will be amazing... but i'm not getting ahead of myself this time around. I feel on top of the world right now having the strength to pull myself out of the LOOONG rut i was in and move on to become a more healthier ME!
I will check in again next Saturday and i hope to have the same positive attitude and good news that i had today!
