Two Things I Have Done Well: One thing I have done well is doing all the challenges every week and the second is owning up to gaining some weight back instead of pushing it off has no big deal!

Two Thing I Would Like To Improve: Getting over the plateau I'm struggling with and add more strength training into my work!
