I just want to say that today has been very "blah".... I am tired and unmotivated. I will still do my workout, but I can promise you that I do not want to, and I have been putting it off all day! I just want to sit on my couch and relax for the whole day, and as of yet, I have been able to talk my two older children into allowing that to happen. My new little one kept me up all night, and I just don't want to move, lol.

Anyhow, my husband is bringing home pizza (that I am not going to eat) and then he is going to go do school while I stay with the kids for a bit. Then at 8, my kids will go to bed and I will get up and do my workout, stomping and kicking the whole way to the start...

What is my point in all of this? Well, I have worked out for 6 days in a row, and if I don't do my workout tonight, then I am breaking my streak. So, I am going to workout despite the fact that I definitely don't want to because motivation doesn't get you anywhere... commitment does. End of story!
