I've made a small change lately.
In the past few months I have made a concerted effort to stay away from soda. Coca-Cola to be exact. Because that little red can is my weakness. One of my favorites -
A Coca-Cola from a fast food joint, the ice and the fizz on a hot day.
Taking that first sip.
Taking a bite of your food then a cool sip of the Coca-Cola.
It's like crack.
[I'm just assuming that's what happens when you smoke crack. I have never smoked crack. Marijuana yes. Crack no. Are we clear?]
Okay, on to my point. As I said I have been making a real effort to try and stay away from the almighty red Coca-Cola can and have been drinking things like -
That small change... guess what? In 2 months, approximately 8 pounds without even really trying.
Just from cutting back on crack.
