Spring LIME Goals

Well, here we are ready to start another BLC challenge. I've been slacking for the last several challenges and have slowly gained about 20 pounds over the last couple of years. My lowest weight was 150.5 and I was so close to getting below 150 that I could taste it. I know what happened, but can't seem to break past this block I seem to have in becoming the diligent person that I once was. In the beginning of this journey I would never stick anything in my mouth if I could not locate very accurate nutrition info for tracking purposes. On that same note, I never took a bit of anything that was not tracked. I walked more, even if the weather was not so nice. I stuck to the basics and it worked. I am still more than 100 pounds down from my highest weight, but it is time to get back to the business of losing and working toward my goal of getting under 150.

Now that the whys are out there, I can set realistic goals for the spring challenge.

1. Begin walking outdoors again during my lunch break. the weather is supposed to turn nice again next week so I can't use "it's too cold" as an excuse.

2. Diligence in tracking. I HAVE to get back into that mindset I had at the beginning. No extra bites of this or that. Nothing goes into my mouth without going into my nutrition tracker.

3. Get to the gym at least 4 days a week. I'm paying a monthly fee and am not using it near enough.

4. Focus less on what the scale says and more on what my clothes are saying. I don't think I can stop from weighing myself every day but will not let that number I see each day dictate my whole day.
