Week 2: Recap

Today is officially the end of week 2 on my way to a healthier me!
I weighed in this morning at 164.6. I lost just under 4 lbs this week. I understand that my weight loss will slow in the coming weeks, but considering I was aiming to lose 1.2 lb every week I'm well on my way to reaching my goals! I am still feeling strong and committed. I am dedicated to getting more activity in as well as eating healthy meals at home. I am having a cheat meal tonight, just as I plan to do every Saturday night. I find I really enjoy the food more and I look forward to going out for dinner once a week as opposed to my usual 4 times a week or more.
I am hoping to go into week 3 and stay dedicated all week! I will check in again next Saturday!
