Day 71: Day 1

Today is Day 1 of Week 2 of the challenge. I plan to really try and track my food. I already tracked my banana. :) I also plan to do some strength training today.
I also just noticed that I had messed up my blog Day numbers. lol! I had gotten to 60 something and then started back at 63 again so I had to readjust them this morning. Oops! :)
I am tired this morning. I woke up at 2 something and had a hard time going back to sleep. I think I'm feeling this time change more than the boys. I'll pull it together though to exercise today. I'm just worried about getting the munchies. When I'm really tired is normally when I get them. Hopefully knowing that I have to track will help with that.
