Clean my house

Oh, and I really need to work on cleaning my house. Anyone wanna come help?

I've determined a large part of my issues may be depleted serotonin and I prefer not to take drugs or "supplements" and I can't take SSRI's because I'm bi-polar... so I'm going to try this out (the light) and praypraypray it works!!

Cleaning never ends, does it? If a genie could grant me wishes, I would wish for my house to be sparkling clean every day! I hate dirt, but I dislike cleaning and being organized is a constant challenge for me (there's so many other fun things to do!) It's like the chicken and the egg though-you need to feel good to want to clean, yet having a clean and organized house helps you feel good! We just have to suck it up and do it, I guess! emoticon
Good for you for already checking off two things off of your list! emoticon I am praying that the light therapy works for you and that you can schedule a surgery that will be successful in eliminating your pain. I always enjoy your humor, Lou - it helps to find something to laugh about in the midst of depression and adversity. Keep your chin up... emoticon you can strive toward your goals one step at a time!

You have set some great goals to achieve this month Lou! With all of the house cleaning you need to do you should be able to get plenty of fitness minutes in this month. I don't blame you for not wanting to take pills. I hope you can get the neurosurgeon to schedule surgery for you soon and that the light box helps you!

I'm impressed that you've already got 2 things "checked off" your list! I haven't even started my list. Way to go! And best of luck with the house cleaning - that's a permanent entry on my list.

Well, what a list!! Clearing out the home will go a long way to clearing up some of your issues anyway, and the light therapy will help with the depression, too, so I will be keeeping you in my thoughts, dear....

Blessings for tomorrow....keep the place tidy now!! lol....I would come & help, but I can't afford the airfare!! Unless you'd pay me to come? (she said hopefully)...lol

Nighty night, dear, I'm almost off to my bed..

Great goals Lou. I continually have the clean house on my goals list too, but it is not nearly as important as some otherthings on my goals list. Good luck on your goals!

Great set of goals! I have that clean house one all the time also. I am also working on cleaning the basement. My goal is to have it done before June. I still have my winter decorations up that I need to take down. One day at a time and you will accomplish your goals!
