1. Not smoke. Implement electric cigarette for transition.
2. Meet food and water intake goals.
3. Exercise. No specific limit, 10 minutes or 30 will be equally okay. Just get moving again.
Ideas for exercise today: ride bikes with DH, pilates, or walk the block a few times.
Stuff to do today:
Clean out car
Finish 'East of Eden'
Go to the library
Cook a healthy dinner
