Letter to Myself: 8 Weeks Later

Look at this cheesing fool. This was you, 8 weeks ago.
For starters, I hope you're not still on hold. The way things are going, you might very well still be sitting on hold, waiting for someone to answer your question.
But I digress.
You set a goal. You decided that by June 17th, you would be following your menu plan 95% of the time. (That is 32/35 meals & snacks each week!) I am about 60% on plan right now, so you've got some making up to do but I know you made it, and I'm going to help.
You set another goal. You are going to be running a mile. Running a mile! You have had this goal for at least half of your life and you're going to do it in EIGHT WEEKS. I am struggling with making it to the gym but I am working on it and I have set up a plan that should have us puffing away for a mile at a time before that clock runs out.
