Back for the last 40lbs!

Okay, so I know it's been like a CATRILLION years since I've been on SP...well, that may be a TAD bit exaggerated...lol...but you get the point. Anyways, I've been doing AMAZING with working out consistently, sorta kinda good with my eating habits (I've been giving in to cravings for the past few weeks...smh...I know, I know...Imma do better), and I weighed myself this morning and realized that I GAINED 14 lbs...granted, some is muscle but I know some has to be due the treats I've allowed myself to have a few times during the week so this morning I made the decision to keep up the good work in all other areas and just buckle down on my eating once again. My goal is to drop these last 40 lbs that I have to lose between now and September 1st, which is actually extremely doable. That's losing less than 10 lbs a month. Am I going on another JF60?? NO! lol...I'm eating! BUT, I still have been having at least 1-2 juices/smoothies a day that's incorporated in my eating plan...I just have to get more water in, eliminate sweets and fried food during the week. My trainer says that I can have ONE cheat day (which will be my Sundays) where I can have whatever I want - fried, ice cream, loads of salt/sugar (I wouldn't do that anyways), WHATEVER I want. So I'm going to do that again. Listen people, if you find something that works for you STICK WITH IT. And this is what I know works for me. This is going to be much easier for me (hopefully) because it's based on a lifestyle and not based on losing weight the fastest way possible...it's about overall health and becoming fit for life.

So my meals for today are

Breakfast - Green smoothie: Banana, strawberries, Tropicana OJ, and 2 handfuls of Spinach (yum!)

Snack - Trail mix bar, Juice: apple, carrots, yam (I promise it's yummy) (pre-workout)
muscle milk formula - vanilla soy milk w/ 100% pure protein whey protein (post workout)

Lunch - Vegan Boca Burger w/ Whole Wheat Sandwich thin, apple

Snack - Trail Mix bar, apple

Dinner - Vegan Boca Burger, 1 cup brown rice, salad

Snack - herbal tea

That's it for me today...I'm looking for more recipes to get additional greens in (more than likely juicing them b/c it's less time consuming...lol)

I need your support again, lovelies. Let's get these last 40 lbs off!
