Wow, 8 weeks sure do fly by! Hopefully by this point you stuck to your guns and continued with the follow through and hit your goals as follows:
-Continue to work out at least 10 minutes a day
-Loose at least 10lbs
-Loose enough inches to fit into a size 24
-Stick to tracking what you eat!!!
-No excuses for not excersizing! You're already doing an amazing job with keeping on a schedule.
