While at work on Monday my phone rang and it ended up being a trainer, from the gym I joined, inviting me in for my free session for joining the gym. So I decided why not, I'm not going to loose the weight if I don't work at it and he may give me some good hints and tips. So today I had my meeting with him and a workout, and I rather enjoyed it! I never thought I'd enjoy having a trainer to help me and push me through and motivate me, but I did! By the end of my time I found myself signing up to meet with him twice a week for at least a year. I know some days I may hate him for pushing me, but I think overall I'm going to enjoy it. I'm going to see how it goes for the month and see from there. I have my exercises for Friday when I go back on my own and then I'll see him again on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I did have to laugh as we're discussing what I wanted to loose and what areas I wanted to work on and he told me that my weight is evenly proportionate on my body so when I loose the weight I'll loose evenly. So we'll see throughout my journey.
