Today I restarted my account with SP. I just had my 2 year anniversary . I went to the Dr. ( first time in about 10 years) yesterday and my BP is pretty high. My scale was way off too. Now I know my true weight (258). I also shrunk 2 inches so my BMI is morbidly obese. It's time to get serious about my health and stop the yo-yo dieting. I need to lose weight in a slow and steady manner. I need to get back to the basics. I need to stop letting my emotions give me an excuse to binge . I need to get off my rear and start walking EVERYDAY. I need to add strength training to my weekly routine.. I need to handle stress better, my life will never be stress free so I better learn how to deal with it. As the saying goes, "Today is the first day of the rest of my life"
