I've been really sore lately in my back. At first I thought I've been sleeping wrong, the soreness is between my shoulders. But now I think I'm sore because I've been doing more push-ups in my workouts (since I've been able to do more push-ups because I'm finally gaining upper body strength). When I do a push-up I notice the muscles that are already sore are working. I know if it is muscle soreness because I'm working the muscles that I need to continue to do my exercises to strengthen even more but ugh it hurts. I've been taking Ibuprofen but I don't like to take too much of that because if I get a migraine then I can't take my prescribed meds.
Tonight I'll do Cardio Recovery so hopefully stretching out good might help my back. I'll just play it by ear this weekend and see what I need to do. Maybe I just need to get out the heating pad and sleep on that.
