4 week reflection

Here I am halfway through my BLC#14 and it's hard to believe that we're about to start week 5! It's been nice to apart of a team that gives me the motivation and support I need to work towards my goals. The last few weeks have been rough for me seeing as I'm supposed to be out of the house by the end of the month (it's going up for auction), the ac died and it's been in the 100's outside, which doesn't help the packing or moving process, and the guy I've been with for 3 years cheated on me. So....it's been stressful and even with all of that I'm sticking to my new lifestyle of working towards the lower weight!
Looking at the goals I set for myself at the first week I'm well along the path I need to be.
~I get in at least 10mins of working out, even if it's taking the dogs for a walk, which they love and keep running to the garage every time I get ready to leave.
~I'm half way to my 10lb mark for weight lost
~I fit into a size 24 jeans, and they are a little snug on my tummy, so I'm working to loose more inches there so they fit better!
~I've slacked on tracking this week, but I've stuck to eating healthy. Just need to work on this more so it's habit not work.
~I've stopped making excuses and just do. Even with all the drama instead of eating to curb my emotions I've worked on taking walks. I bought a kitkat at the gas station when I stopped yesterday and it's still unopened in my lunch box. it's a nice reminder of old ways and the new ones I'm forging.
Here's to the last 4 weeks and knowing they will be even better than the first 4!!
