catch up

Monday, May 21, 2012

I haven't forgotten about SparkPeople, I promise. I've just been really busy with planning (and running) the Chinese auction for my animal rescue group. It was on Saturday evening, and it was a big success. Now I can breathe, lol. (Not literally, though, my asthma is acting up the last few days.) I was a "runner" Saturday night (delivering prizes to the winners) so I earned a WW point with that.

I was trying to do the same as last week with not using any weekly points (I used 2 last week before my weigh in) until the last day and only after I've weighed in, and only if it's something I want (ie. frappuccino I wouldn't have during the week, etc.) I have been drinking soda this week.

Thursday (my day 1) I had 3 points leftover, Friday I was over 11, and yesterday I was over 16 (we served dessert all night. ack. then went to IHOP for "dinner" at 9:30pm.) Normally, with Weight Watchers that would mean I used 27 of my 49 weekly points and I still have 22 left, but we've already established that (normal Weight Watchers rules) doesn't work for me.

Last week I earned around 20 activity points and I did eat them, so I am going to use some creative accounting and "tweak" this week's numbers to what I hope will work for me. I will credit myself the 3 points I didn't eat the first day (so only 24 "extra" points used, plus 1 activity for being a "runner", so 23, and then whatever I earned with activity today doing Walk It Out (estimating 10, so that makes 13 over for the week). If I save a few points tomorrow I'll tack them on to that, otherwise I'll just do my best not to "spend" anything over my daily allowance. Hoping at least to not gain.

Off to bed. Have a great week. :)
