Wow, so I guess my challenge experience isn't as how as I planned it. It was such a good idea and I was so motivated!! I don't give up, even now.
I am now working night shifts, I think it'll help me to plan my time and watch what i'm eating. I need to go to the gym sooo bad. It may seems like excuses but really, I couldn't go. First it was a time issue, then money issue.. and last week I was hurt (left leg). But now everything is fine and I really want it!
I didn't put weight on, even if I wasn't using the SP sheet to write my calories.. I'm having trouble to lose some weight too, well because, i'm not doing anything to lose. But at least, i'm stable. And tired of it ;)
I still can do it ;)
