What a rough journey I have had with this weight loss. I decided to update my tracker. I had my starting weight at 244, which is what I started at when I began making a conscious effort to lose weight. That was 2 years ago though. It's time to start fresh.

I'm making small changes. I thought I could do it cold turkey, I just realize that it's setting me up for failure. One change at a time. This week it's no pop and more water and green tea. I'm trying to add more veggies and fruits too, but it will come in time.

I'm also trying to exercise at least 15 minutes per day. I did 20 minutes last night. Now I'm off to walk my mom's dog, which should give me 15 minutes!

Sometime all that you can do is start fresh. Just keep taking it one step at a time. Sounds like you have some good goals to start with

I am loving your goals. One step at a time. I am right there with you. Even just adding one thing at a time in May, I went from binging the first week of May on fast food for over a week, and have been doing good just with being in my calorie ranges. I haven't even drastically changed my diet (obviously a lot less fast food) but just tracking everything and staying in range is helping me so much. Little changes are the way to do it I think. Your plan sounds perfect. :D

Woo-hoo for starting fresh! I totally get where you going from, it's so much easier to get discourages if you try and quit everything at once. I think every goal and achievment counts, no matter how small they may seem- its all part of a bigger picture.
