I've been thinking I should get back to blogging for awhile now, but for some reason just have not been doing it.
I looked back at past blogs I have written and ask myself why I stopped. I really don't know.
OK, I know some of it. I felt too pressed for time. I thought I was spending too much time on the computer. Logging was also a problem. I felt that logging was taking time that I could be exercising or doing other things.
I think the logging here as improved in the past year. With the new setup it does not take nearly as long.
I am getting back to logging my food and exercise. Logging is good because it keeps me accountable. More than that, it teaches me things. I love the reports showing me that I need more calcium or whatever. Logging helps me make healthy choices.
I think blogging does too, so I think it is time to start blogging again.
