Shake Your Tail Feathers!

Today is Shake It Up Saturday! There is NO laying around on the sofa today! It's time to SHAKE IT UP!

Shake up your eating today by trying a new healthy recipe or a new fruit or vegetable that you have never tried before. Really shake it up and do both!

Shake up your fitness by adding something new to your routine. Shake up those muscles! Try pushing farther than before by adding more time to your cardio routine. Challenge yourself. You can do it!!

I just finished my dance party and I feel great! I pushed myself to dance longer than I have been. I usually go about 20 - 30 minutes but today I just finished 1 hour & 5 minutes!!! For those of you who think you can't do it, let me tell you that you can!! I weigh over 300 pounds and I did it!. I thought I wouldn't make it to the end of the playlist but I did!

Shake things up! Challenge yourself! Have a great weekend! Later I think I will share some more stuff about me.
