I can't believe it's July already! Where did the first part of the year fly by at? So starting this month off I've decided to write down my goals so I can be held accountable for them, this way I can't make an excuse not to follow through.
1. Track everything I eat. I was doing well with this and then May came around which brought all sorts of stress for me and I got lazy and stopped doing it. So I'm going to track everything again and stick with it this time!
2. More cardio! I have slacked in doing cardio unless it's on training days so I am aiming for a minimum of 3 days but a goal of 5 days of at least 30mins of cardio. I know I can do it if I put my mind to it, plus my dogs LOVE walks which may help out if I can find someone to walk with me because holding three leashes is not easy.
3. I want to work on my running so I can eventually do a 5k. So this month I will start a couch to 2k program. I have an app already downloaded on my phone, I just need to start it. This will also help with my cardio minutes that I want so there is no excuse to hit my minimum! But must get mosquito repellant so I stop getting eaten alive!
4. Become more active on the forums. Last BLC I started off pretty good and then just fell off the radar. This time around I want to aim for at least one post every day in the forums so I can be more sociable!
I think that's about all so far. I think I can reach every one of the goals I've set for myself this month. I just need to do the follow through with NO excuses! I can do this!!
