My success from last month!

So the heat is really getting to me here. It makes me extremely tired so I am having to push myself to get going. My 5 minute pep talk is turning into an all day pep talk! That is okay because I get up and move and I feel better.
Here is a recap of last month.
I lost 7.2 pounds last month! I have lost a total of 32 pounds (14 pounds since I started SP)
I have lost 8.25 inches!
I exercised 29 out of 30 days last month. The day I missed was the 2nd so I had 28 straight days of exercise! Now that is a first for me! I am pumped about that.
Even though I had a slight gain last week, my month as a whole was successful!
Today is Turn It Up Tuesday so I plan to turn up the volume today and dance! My plan is to get in a least 30 minutes of dancing today. How will YOU turn it up? Come on get off that sofa and MOVE!!!
You can't sit and wish yourself to your goal! You have to get up and get to work! You can't stick your head in a gallon of ice cream or devour cheeseburgers and fries and think you will make it to your goal. It isn't going to happen!
Maybe you weighed in recently and the scale wasn't friendly. It might be that you weren't as diligent at working your plan or you worked your plan and the scale just hasn't gotten the memo. I find that happens but that usually means that I am building muscle. It could also mean that you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet and you aren't "regular". Okay so I just didn't want to spell that one out but I am sure we all know what that means. If you don't know what that means, you can SparkMail me and I will tell you.
We are at the beginning of the 2nd half of the year. If you are behind on your goals, it is time to kick things into gear. Let's end the year at a healthier weight and feeling great! If you are on track, Right on!! Great job! Oh no you don't, don't sit down just because you are on track! Keep going! You have a journey to finish! You can't stop in the middle of the race just because you are on track! Time to turn up the volume! Time to change things up! Time to challenge yourself!
Gotta go take my meds and get my groove on. I can't sit here telling you to move and me sit here on my butt all day! I have got to walk the talk!
