After buying a new scale and getting a proper weight I lost 5 pounds! So excited to know that what I'm working on is working opposed to being plateaued at the same weight. Plus I've found that since I've posted the previous blog I'm holding myself accountable and actually working on doing everything. So time for a new week with the majority of the same goals!!

I did not do well this week with this goal...With work changing my schedule to family obligations popping up by the time I got home it was dark and I'm not comfortable with the neighborhood....so....the reset button will be pushed and I'll try again this week
