What a difference a few weeks make ; )

Well, I must say I seem to have this walking daily thing well in hand. Really do love to get up and walk and it just makes me feel so good about myself that I find it easier and easier to actually do so. Was absolutely amazed that while on vacation I continued to rise early and walked even farther and longer than while at home. So that's the good news.

But my weight is not budging. I just don't really know why. So - I guess that it is time to sit down with the reports and really read them over. I think I am doing a pretty effective job of logging (old weight watcher habit) but there must be something that is standing so firmly in my way.

I am not discouraged tho (ok that is a little bit of a lie) but I am not giving up. I know that if I continue to do the right thing - it will pay off soon.

    Yes go back and check your reports. That did it for me. You might need to check your calorie limit. It might be to high, just check to make sure your weight is right, and how much you want to lose and by when and it will set your calories.
    Are your clothes getting looser? On your legs and bottom? You could be replacing fat with muscle. If that is happening you may not see it on the scale but in your clothes. Muscle takes up less space than fat.
    But just keep at it, it will come off!!
