August Goals

1) Exercise at least 5x per week.
2) Smile as often as possible.
3) Weigh my words and try to only make positive statements.
4) Work at consistently eating 5 fruits and veggies per day.
5) Reward myself with a new Exercise dvd or program (hmm, Just Dance for the Wii would be fun...) once I hit these goals! emoticon
