Goals for the next 10wks BL Fall Challenge

I have set some goals here they are:

1) Lose 10lbs by September 27th, (214lbs)

2) Lose 20lbs by November 1st. (204lbs)

3) Run 1/2 marathon and better my time on November 18th. If I am staying on my goal of losing 2lbs a week I should weigh right at 200lbs for the marathon so to be under 200lbs would be awesome!!!!

I plan on reaching these goals by counting my calories on "My fitness pal" an app on my phone, if anyone else uses this please let me know and we can be friends & watch each others progress. I am also training to run the half marathon and that will be most of my exercise other than adding in some strength training. I plan to complete the entire training schedule as I have not done this in the past even though I have ran 2 other halfs (I did attempt but I just couldn't keep up).

    Heya girlie! I am so glad we are on the same team for the fall challenge! I also use myfitnesspal and my username on there is Korva if you want to add me, go ahead! I find that the food tracker on there is way easier than spark's.
