Healthy Change Bonus: REFLECTING
Blog or journal about 1 thing that you are planning to work on this Fall Challenge. We will compare in Week 10 and see how far we have come.
The one thing I am going to work on is to run at 6mph for thirty minutes. This is quite a big goal since I am currently stopping during the thirty minutes at 5mph but hey.....maybe I will suprise myself and actually accomplish this in 10wks!! :-) I will certainly work hard to do so. And if I am successful on the weight lose then I will be lighter which means I should be able to run faster!!! :-) I will
