Fitness Schedule

My goal is to get in 5-7 days of exercise. Here is what it should look like.
Monday: Elliptical 50 min. (CEC grouping meeting at 5:30)
Tuesday: Treadmill 60 min. (Faith Sharing Group at 7:30)
Wednesday: Rest (CEC meeting at 6:30)
Thursday: Elliptical 50 min.
Friday: Treadmill 60 min.
Saturday: Elliptical 50 min.
Sunday: Treadmill 60 min.

Thursday, Saturday should be weightlifting days also.
